CORRESPONDENCE CHECKLIST
1. For ease of references, members when corresponding with the authority on matters pertaining to plots / accounts / lease etc, are required to invariably quote their residential or commercial Plot No., Street No and reference file No. Non-availability of such information may result in a delayed response.
2. DHA members while corresponding with DHA are to submit letters / queries / requests under their own signatures along with the following information for positive identification and safe guard of their property interest: -
       a. Complete name of member
       b. DHA membership number / CNIC number
       c. Particulars of plot (if held)
