The history of emkay consultants originated in 1980 when Mr. Mohammad Khalid Qureshi established this office by the name of emkay estates in PECHS, Karachi, Pakistan. In 1991 I, Mohammad Moeen Qureshi took over this office from my father and changed its name to the current name emkay consultants. This change was required since I wanted to have an organization that did not only deal in the sale, purchase or renting of property but to add to our services by introducing advisory on investment and documentation..
